ISO/IEC20000 standard is ISO/IEC composed of the first Joint Technical Committee (JCT1) in December 15, 2005 officially promulgated a set of international standards on information technology service management. It is called information dual authentication together with information security management system.
The current version of ISO20000 information technology service management standard is the 2018 version, here also please have obtained the certificate of the enterprise as soon as possible to revise, because of the three-year conversion period, so the old version (2011 version) will expire in September 2021.
