Urban rail transit passenger service certification
RB/T 310-2017 "Urban Rail Transit Passenger Service Operating Procedures and Quality Control" standard aims to provide certification bodies with urban rail transit passenger service certification requirements, guidelines and methods. The standard uses service blueprint technology and service contact theory to identify and determine the service requirements and process management requirements of urban rail transit passenger transport, including: off-station information inquiry service, inbound guide service, security check service, ticketing service, ride service and transfer or departure service. The qualitative maturity evaluation method is introduced to ensure the validity and reliability of the evaluation results and improve the social acceptance level of the certification results.
